Gaia Reborn
Gaia Reborn, the hottest MMORPG of the last decade, has seen millions of players experience its unique world - a combination of fantasy and reality. When Gaia Reborn was a game, one goal was to make the game world a one-half scale model of the real world. This pursuit was known as the Half-Gaia Project, and it is one of the aspects which led to Gaia Reborn becoming such a popular virtual world. With regional servers having unique areas, quests, cities, and monsters, it wasn't uncommon for people to create alternate characters on other servers to experience what felt like an entirely new game.
Ten years after the game's launch, millions of players have joined and created countless characters across the many servers. Now, with the release of the latest expansion, Pioneers of Arcadia, many are getting ready to begin new adventures in the new Italian server, exploring the new region corresponding to Italy, known in Gaia as Italia. Characters would have to start from fresh in this new world, but Italy would finally get its own piece of this world.
Countless players created their characters, logged in with excitement fueling their hands as the cursor swept across the screen, and then... darkness... Everything was black, and as their eyes opened, the players found themselves in the streets of an unfamiliar city. Looking around to survey their surroundings, many players realized this city was not so new after all. While desolate and ruined, the architecture conquered by vines and greenery, this city was unmistakably Rome, but at the same time, it was not. Finding themselves in the bodies of their characters, trapped in the world of Gaia Reborn, players are left to adapt to their new reality in this fantasy world.
- Player - Name: Georgi Smith(adopted last name) Gender: female Age: 19 Sexuality: Bi
- Character - Name: Molop Gender: Female Apparent Age: Mid 20’s Face Claim: Nero Claudius(Fate Grand Order) Played By: Ragnorak16 Faction: Adventurer
- Appearance - Long dirty blonde hair that goes past her legs and nearly touches the ground, the only reason it does not is that it curls upwards, just hovering over the ground. The ratio of blonde to black hair is about 60:40. Little black fox ears sprout from the top of her forehead, with the inside of the ear being a pinkish red. A small, seven inches in length, blond fox tail comes out of her rear. Her height is 5'9, not exactly short but she's not exactly tall either. Her body figure is slimmed, not to the bone but as close as it could before it causes problems. Her arms have tattoos that go all the way up to her shoulders, the tattoos are of a dragon devouring a horse, the tattoos are colored black but are shaded so they look realistic. Though they can hardly been seen as she usually wears a dress with long sleeves, the dress is black with glyph like patterns sewn in. the bottom of the dress goes to her ankles. She wears tanned leather boots, with little red x's stitched on the sides.
- Personality - She does not like a lot of people, as such she is normally very foul mouthed and will likely bite off the head of anyone that tries to approach her. She has the diction of an american sailor, with talent to aptly translate American slur to the modest Italian language. However, just because she hates people, she is more than willing to follow someone who appears to know what they're doing. Although she hates people, she doesn't hate children, in fact quite the opposite. She sees them as separate from people, especially adults who have no clue what the heck their doing. She hates those types of people the most. She loves animals, especially horses and lizards, that was the reason she chose the summoner class. However, even though she truly does hate people, it's not a hatred born of malice, but of fear. Fear of getting to close to people who could leave her at any moment, children are too naive to leave someone like her so that is why she prefers their company over others. Due to this fear, she hardly ever speaks to anyone her own age or older, unless their family she will likely just avoid talking with people all together or perhaps murmur something under her breath. Due to being raised on the streets since childhood, and living in a corrupt system she learned to be crafty to survive. To survive from the first family she was stranded with, she exposed the father's assorted collection of little girl underwear to the entire neighborhood, as to not get raped. To survive from the second family, she widened the rift between siblings so they would attempt to kill each other instead of her. To survive from the third, she exposed the families gambling debts to the banks as to not get sold off to loan sharks. From the last and worst family, she exposed their zealot nature to the church and got the entire family excommunicated, just so she wouldn't be crucified and whipped for not sharing the same beliefs as those nut jobs. As she was groomed by life to look out for herself and no one else, she has a hard time sympathizing with anyone. Her previous one dream was to have a family, and she had that in the form of her fifth family that accepted her, but the Apocalypse, and subsequently the universe, took that away from her as well. So, her new dream is to kill the person who created the Apocalypse with her own two hands. - Biography - Born in the depths of the Bronx, she lived most of her early years as a street rat. She was entered into the system around four years old. She was one of the lucky ones, as she got a caring family after four more years in a barely caring system. Because of this, she barely spoke to her adopted loved ones for the first year(fully expecting to be sent back). She even tried to run away after four months because she believed they were gonna get rid of her, when her adopted parents were just setting up a birthday party for the young lass. After that incident she started opening up to her parents more and more, eventually thinking of them as no different than blood. She earned a scholarship to a tech school in Italy a week before the Apocalypse happened, that was the last time she saw her family. The first five days in the tech school was difficult, because she had acclimated to the rigorous and almost slave-like work ethic of the school and job systems of Italy. She had started the game the day before of the Apocalypse because a fellow student recommended it, especially with the new update coming out. She created her character just minutes before the update launched, and when she pressed finish. She was no longer in the world she once knew, but once again. She was all alone and no one could save her, no one but herself at least.
- Extra - -She has no recollection of her birth parents, even before the Apocalypse happened.
-Ever since the Apocalypse she, like many players, have stayed in the safe zone. If not for her first skill in cooking, she would’ve become a full blown alcoholic.

Summoning The Summoner has the special ability to summon familiars. However, keeping the familiar summoned is a drain on the Summoner’s mental fortitude at all times; therefore, until they get stronger, the Summoner is restricted to 2 summon points that they can use. Once they unlock a rank 2 Summon spell, they have access to 3 summon points, and once any rank 3 spell has been purchased, they gain access to 4 summon points. If any familiar dies while summoned, it will go on a 30-minute cool down to revive, and thus cannot be re-summoned until this time expired. If a familiar is de-summoned it does not go on cooldown, and will gradually heal while de-summoned. The Summoner can’t have more than one of the same familiar summoned. Passive skill.
Aether Arms The Summoner targets one of their currently summoned familiars, transforming them into a magical weapon for use by either the Summoner or their allies. If Aether Arms is used on a familiar currently under its effects, this will turn them back into a familiar. While the familiars are transformed, mana is drained at 1/3rd the usual rate; however, Summoning Points remain in use. The Summoner can choose out of three different weapons, although they share the same attributes. Information regarding Aether Arms is located in the skill description of each summon. Multiple familiars can be under the effects of Aether Arms at the same time. These weapons use their respective proficiency, but for the summoner they use the Magic proficiency if it is higher. 0.5s cast time, no cooldown. No mana cost.
- Beginner - Auto-Attack A skill that controls the user's body and allows them to automatically target a monster and attempt to basic attack. A skill that controls the user's body and allows them to automatically target a monster and attempt to basic attack. Auto-attack will do a constant chain of attacks so that the total DPS is roughly the same as dealing minor damage once a second. For example, a heavy weapon will do slower but stronger attacks, while a player wielding two daggers will do faster, less damaging attacks. Any skills or movements that the user may manually perform will take priority over this skill, but the system will generally try to aim for an accurate hit.
It was a staple among players in the original Gaia Reborn game, but since the Apocalypse, its use has taken a drastic drop. Manual basic attacks allow for much more fluid and precise control of attacks, and as such, the skill has barely been used by Adventurers since then. It does, however, allow for people who are not proficient with their weapon of choice to be able to reliably hit their target. Passively, the player can also delay their next attack to increase the basic attack’s power by performing what’s known as an “empowered attack”. Each second used to charge an attack increases the damage dealt by 20%, up to a maximum of 100% at 5 seconds. Toggle, No cooldown. No cost.
Roads to Romalia A skill that can be found prominently on the player’s interface. Roads to Romalia allows a player to teleport back to Romalia from any city or town with a cathedral. Activating it causes the user to channel for five seconds, restricting them from doing anything until this cast time is done. If they choose to make any other action or are hit by an attack, Roads to Romalia is interrupted and put on a 1 minute cooldown. Because teleporting in this way to one’s home city essentially breaks them down into raw energy, it is extremely taxing to players after the Apocalypse, and repeated use in a short span can inflict mental and physical strains. 5s cast time, No cooldown. No cost.
Interface Control Even after the Apocalypse, players have kept the ability to use their interfaces. When mentally called upon, the interface hovers slightly in front of them, visible only to themselves and is slightly transparent. It can be interacted with by touch of the fingertips or mentally. The interface allows players to access their party list, friend list, guild settings, crafting list and many other menus. Friend invites can only be sent in a face-to-face meeting, and the same goes for party invites. However, a friend can be added to a party regardless of where they are. Additionally, an Adventurer can talk to friends or party members through telepathy, by pressing one finger to their ear after dialing them. This causes words said to be spoken into their mind rather than out loud. Passive.
- Rank I - Lightfly Summon a Lightfly - a floating ball of arcane light - next to the user’s shoulder, draining mana until dismissed. The Lightfly’s color and appearance are customisable with rare skins that can be found in chests or from quests, but by default, it will be spherical and glow yellow. By default, the Lightfly will decently illuminate its surroundings in a 5m radius but may be toggled to instead project a beam of more powerful light that reaches up to 15m in a single direction. 2s cast time, no cooldown. Very minor mana drain.
Summon: Skinfaxi Personality: Royal, proud, determined. Abilities: Lightning Run: The Skinfaxi’s speed is oft poetically compared to that of lightning - both in speed and in appearance. The Skinfaxi naturally blurs its immediate surroundings when galloping, making them difficult to discern and offering an intense Evasion Up while at full speed. Leap to the Sky: The Skinfaxi can jump powerful enough to literally ascend up to ten meters above the ground and remain there briefly, held up in a short hover and gentle descend. This allows them to pass short amounts of difficult terrain with ease. Lightning Horn: The Skinfaxi possesses a blade-like horn made of lightning on its forehead, used in self-defense. Attacks with this horn deal low magical Air damage and inflict a minor Electrocute for 20s. Attributes: Strength - 5. Endurance - 4. Agility - 9. Intelligence - 4. Description: The Skinfaxi are brilliant white horses unstained by the terrain they run through. Their manes shine brightly like dawn and their powerful muscles ripple under their thick skin with every movement. They can gallop at incredible speed, much faster than the average horse. However, they are not built for combat, and while they may hold their own against a lesser enemy, exclusive non-combat use is recommended. The Skinfaxi may be as tall as the Summoner wishes to suit their size without affecting their maximum speed - even if they are small enough to fit a child of 13 years, or carry two grown men on their back. Aether Arms: Halberd, Greatsword, Spear. These brilliant, pure-white steel weapons look like they belong to the valkyries, and wielding them fills the wielder with resolve, lowering the duration of Stun, Fear, Terror, Confusion and Charmed by 0.5s. 3s cast time. 1 Summon Point. Minor mana drain.
Castling The Summoner swaps places with any of their currently summoned familiars. If the familiar the summoner intends to swap with is within 20 meters of the Summoner, the spell is instant. If the familiar the Summoner intends to swap with is beyond 20 meters, this spell will have a 4s cast time. Summoners using familiars capable of flight should be wary of using this spell, lest they plummet to a certain death by swapping places with the familiar during flight. Instant, or 4s cast time, 1 min cooldown. High mana cost.
- Rank II -
- Rank III -
- Racial & Talents - Animal instincts While their appearance is primarily humanoid, the Faunri benefit from improved perception, their eyesight and hearing amplified by their animal eyes and ears. The senses of a Faunri are more powerful than those of the other races, granting them improved eyesight, hearing, and sense of smell. Faunri do not receive any further bonuses from the animal they are; such as gills, wings, cold resistance, and so on.
Basic Equestrian The Cavalier obtains a Horse Whistle from the beginning in order to summon their very own steed. They can choose the appearance of their steed when it is first summoned. While still new, this steed will carry their master and luggage and give them affectionate nuzzles, but will flee and desummon itself when attacked or if their master enters combat. 30m cooldown if unsummoned.
Iron Stomach Not even food poisoning can stop a dedicated chef! This skill can be toggled, allowing chefs to become immune to status debuffs caused by drinks and food, such as Poison or Accuracy Down. Toggle skill. “Also prevents intoxication, which is the only real reason to ever toggle this skill off.”

Welcome to the help dialog for the Custom Mini-Profile Creator plugin!
Click on any of the tabs above to go through the plugin configuration process!
You can access this menu at any time by clicking on the icon in the bottom right bar (may not be applicable if you're on Forums.net), or you can disable the welcome window and/or the icon by going to Plugins > Manage > Custom Mini-Profile Creator and changing the Show Help option.
This step is essential as it gives the plugin everything it needs on the page to get as much profile information as possible.
To make the profile variables work you'll need to add a new line to the very end of Themes > Layout Templates > Mini-Profile and paste the code below on it. The code should be placed completely outside of the mini-profile, so if you're using the default mini-profile template this will be after the very last closing </div> tag. This needs to be done on every theme you have the plugin enabled on as the template is theme-specific.
If your mini-profile template is already customized and you've hit the variable limit for your template you're free to remove any lines from the code below if they contain information that you don't plan on using. For example, if you have no plans to ever add a user's IP to their mini-profile for staff reference you can remove <div class="mp-info ip">$[user.ip]</div> from the code and everything else will still work just fine.
Once you've added the HTML from the Layout Templates tab you're ready to move on to building your mini-profiles. If you want to get going and try some out now or you're not very adept at HTML, CSS, or Javascript, worry not! This plugin includes some examples for you to try out. You're free to skip to the Custom Profile Fields tab and read over this tab later when you're ready to build your own.
Here's a quick rundown of each of the components in Plugins > Manage > Custom Mini-Profile Creator:
Name This is the name you'll be adding to your custom profile field dropdown once you've finished coding the mini-profile. Pretty self-explanatory. Make sure this name is unique from every other name you use for your mini-profiles or you'll end up overwriting the earlier ones in the list.
HTML This is the HTML that will go inside your mini-profile. You can use just about any HTML tag here so long as it's appropriate for where the mini-profile is showing on the page. Please refrain from using <style> or <script> tags here. You have the next two sections for that! Also, remember that mini-profiles can show multiple times on the same page, so you shouldn't add ID attributes to any of your elements here. Two elements on the same page cannot have the same ID per HTML standards.
CSS This is where you'll place what would normally go in your forum's style sheet or what would normally be between <style> tags. Try to code your mini-profile's HTML in a way that will allow you to target it specifically with your selectors. For example, you can surround all of the content in your HTML with a <div> element with a class and target that class and its child elements specifically with your CSS. That way you don't accidentally target every mini-profile on the page with CSS that was meant for the one you're building. One more thing: The forum theme's CSS still applies beforehand, so your mini-profile may look right in one theme but not in another. The best way to circumvent this is to define as many styles as you can to override the theme's CSS.
Javascript Anything that normally goes between <script> tags will go here. This one's a bit tricky since you'll obviously want to target the custom mini-profile specifically. Luckily there's an easy way to do that. In your statements you can use the $(this) variable to target the mini-profile if you're coding using jQuery. Otherwise, if you only plan on using standard Javascript you can target $(this)[0] instead.
Once you've finished building your mini-profiles it's finally time to add them to the Edit Profile page for use! To enable selection of custom mini-profiles you'll first need to add two specific custom profile fields in Members > Custom Profile Fields in your forum's admin area:
Mini-Profile Theme
Staff Mini-Profile Theme
Mini-Profile Theme is for mini-profiles that are designed for member use. You can set the Who Can Edit option for this field to Staff With Power if you only want staff to be able to choose mini-profiles for users. Otherwise, if you want members to freely be able to choose their own mini-profiles you can choose Members and Staff With Power.
Staff Mini-Profile Theme is for mini-profiles designed specifically for staff use. This field is completely optional.
Set the type for both of these fields as Drop Down Selection. Click on the (View/Edit) link to add mini-profile names to each of these fields.
If you've just installed this plugin you should have three different mini-profiles already installed by default: Example 1, Example 2, and Example 3. You can add these to your dropdowns to test them out and see the plugin in action.
If you're having trouble getting this plugin to work despite following the instructions in the previous tabs you may want to check that each of your themes meets the prerequisites below in Themes > Layout Templates > Mini-Profile.
First, ensure that opening tag of your mini-profile template includes the $[miniprofile_class] variable in its class. On the default ProBoards theme it should look something like this:
<div class="$[miniprofile_class]">
Next, make sure that the default {foreach} loop for custom fields is present inside your mini-profile. It doesn't need to be visible, so you're free to add it inside a hidden element if you don't plan on displaying it or if it would mess up the appearance of your own custom template.
Beyond that you can do whatever you like to the mini-profile template for the most part and it shouldn't negatively impact the plugin.
The following is a list of available variables for use in the HTML section of the mini-profile creator and their definitions. Adding any of these to a mini-profile will generate the content described in its definition in place of the variable so long as the information that variable outputs is visible to you.
To reference your forum's custom profile fields you can use $[user.customfieldname], substituting "customfieldname" with your custom field's name. You'll need to type the name in all lowercase with no spaces and only use characters A-Z and 0-9.
For example, Mini-Profile Theme becomes $[user.miniprofiletheme]. This will output the value of the custom field. In the case of this example, it'll be the name of the mini-profile theme you've chosen in your profile.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These will only work if you followed the steps in the Installation tab of this window on each of your themes. Any themes that do not include the template code specified there will not have these variables replaced in the mini-profile.

You can utilize the $(this) variable in the Javascript component to target the mini-profile <div> element. For example, if you wanted to add a class to the mini-profile you can use:
$(this).addClass('class-name-here');
Profile variables can also be used in the Javascript component in this plugin. In Javascript the value undefined is used to signify that a value doesn't exist for the variable you've specified. With this in mind you can use profile variables in Javascript conditional statements within the plugin similar to how they're used in the actual layout templates section of the admin area.
if(variable) will only run if the variable you specify has a value.
if(!variable) will only run if the variable you specify has no value.
Example 1 (variable has value):
if(user.group){
$(this).find('.group').show();
}
If the user has their group displayed in their profile the above Javascript would make the HTML below visible if you had it hidden with CSS.
