Six foot, ten inches, Noctis Corvo was created to be similar yet different to a previous avatar Jonah had made. The previous incarnation of the character was thin, pale, sickly, with long purple-tinted hair, alabaster skin, and stitches covering almost every inch of his body. The current one was similar yet different.
While still relatively thin, this one traded in his elven heritage for one of a more...draconian lineage. Being an Antas, his horns were curved forward and black, his hair died crimson at the edges instead of the usual purple. He was a little sad he couldn't make the eyes glow white, but the glowing red was good enough on its own, and he was able to offset his disappointment by adding glowing sea-green tattoos decorated his horns and scales in a runic pattern. This new version stood in defiance of the person he was in creating the old avatar. The old Noctis was one born out of depression, isolation, a nagging void in his life he wished simply to express. This new form was proud, defiant, held itself high with a tan complexion, muscle, and bravado, black scales decorating his body in a patchwork. Where once there stood a man doing all he could to hold himself together, there now stood a warrior, tall and proud, scales resilient in his quest to protect his newfound friends and family as they met again in this new game.
- Personality -Jonah is a much more tactically oriented person, used to playing mage characters and RPing as the group sage, wisdom and knowledge comes quick to him. Not to say for want of trying though. He can be a bit hotheaded at times, often rushing into things before fully thinking them through. When he sits down to think about a situation, what comes out of it is genuinely terrifying to behold, but if such a situation can not be reached, he will often learn by doing first and asking himself after failing what to try and do better.
An engineers mindset, set within the bluntest of hammers and the broadest of brushstrokes, he is a kind and good-natured person, he tends to keep to himself in public, but once he gets going, it is genuinely hard to get him to stop on whatever path he has set for himself. Even if he has to grow and evolve to reach it, he often wont stop until he has.
While sometimes he can come across as dreary or oblivious, his heart is always in the right place, taking many things personally and always trying his best to take another step forward, learn from his mistakes, and set the record straight. Persistence is something he learned in the rough path life took him through, and he would be damned before he lost sight of that particular truth.
- Biography -Jonah joined because of his friends.
Good friends. Old friends. They had met in the previous years on another similar MMO, back whenever he had joined out of some search for normalcy in his depression. He was searching for simply an outlet for the darkness he felt, having been a gifted burnout down on his luck, he looked to create a similarly dark character to express his self-destructive feelings. Instead he found a second home, A group of friends who welcomed him with open arms into their guild and summarily into their hearts. They went on quite a few adventures together, himself being a strategist and sage in the accompanying adventures through the land.
They had heard about this game early, jumping onto the beta in the early weeks. Countless hours were put into the grind, all playing reprising roles from their old MMO from which they had grow accustomed to all those years ago, giving the game quite glowing reviews and making it pretty far within the content; far enough to even each get to redeem a vanity item for their characters once the actual game began. Happy, and excited to be playing the new mmo with his friends again, they talked endlessly about their hype for the new system in the coming months, until finally, the game came to launch.

- Skills -- Class -- Beginner -Claw & ScaleThe Vanguard obtains a buff when playing with either type of equipment. Not having a Shield equipped grants them Claw, while having a Shield equipped grants them Scale.
Claw: The Vanguard can use their Two-Handed weapon for any Shield skills. However, the mana costs of them are increased by a flat minor mana cost.
Scale: For each enemy currently Aggroed onto by the Vanguard, the Vanguard will receive a minor Defense Up. The Vanguard will not receive more than 3 Defense Up buffs from this skill at any given moment. The Defense Up will last until the enemies are either killed, or Aggroed by another player.
Passive skill.- Rank I -Dragonslayer
A powerful assault on the enemy, the Vanguard performs a slow but heavy downwards swing at the enemy with crushing weight. This deals strong damage and, if it successfully dealt damage, grants the Vanguard a below-average Attack Up for 10s.

Channeling their inner strength and fortitude, the Vanguard strengthens their body as a faint orange aura beams off of them. This grants them an average Defense, Magic Defense and Aggro Up for 20s.

A skill that allows Vanguards to skillfully parry with their weapon. If a physical attack connects with the Vanguard in the 1s animation time, they will automatically parry that attack with their weapon, receive a very minor 15s Attack Up, and reset the animation time of this skill to the start of its 1s.

Low mana cost.- Rank II -- Rank III -- Racial & Talents -MartyrdomWhile often looked down upon by People of The Land of other races, the Antas strive to prove their altruism, even at their own sacrifice. Once every 30 minutes, if an Antas is caught in an AoE attack alongside allies, they can opt to spare them. Doing so causes the Antas to take the damage their allies took, but halved.
