Walking through the streets of Romalia in autumn, adventurers smell the rich smokey scent of roasted chestnuts and the spiced scent of roasted mushrooms, as vendors decorate the sides of the streets with their stalls selling many of Romalia's seasonal specialties. The streets are abuzz with the People of the Land preparing tools and transporting lumber, herbs, spices, fruits, and meats. The makings of a festival are upon us!

During the month of November, enjoy the wonderful Romalian Commoners' Festival, in honor of Jupiter. The festival will occur from November 4-17 in-universe, however, thanks to the wonders of liquid time, you'll be able to enjoy the festival for a whole month! The 13th is the great festival day and the start of the games. During this event, both EXP and Gold gained will be increased by 1.25x for any threads under the festival. You are welcome to help the Landers gather materials, build necessary equipment, participate in the games, or enjoy the festivities in any other way you see fit. In addition, for every 100 words written in [Festival] threads, you will gain a Festival Point. Festival Points will be redeemable for various festival themed vanity items, as well as actual tools and weapons to give you a boost and allow you to cast aside your starting gear. Please note that all unspent Festival Points will be lost once the event ends.

In other words your classes, races and talents will not be granting you any major advantages or disadvantages against your opponents, other than the innate proficiencies you have gained thus far and passive skills, which cannot be disabled.

Description: A thin, black leather-bound grimoire with a bright orange trim. It only holds a few pages, with most detailing the basics of mana and the last three containing an essay on corvids. You're not entirely sure why, but you don't particularly feel like questioning it. It's not as powerful a magic focus as a wand or staff, but instead, it offers extra spells. It can be held and flipped through with one hand.
